Cautions & Guidance
Biofield Tuning is a gentle, non-invasive sound therapy. However, because it may create a temporary healing or adjustment response in the body, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Biofield Tuning may not be recommended for people who are currently experiencing:
Active cancer
Terminal illness or end-of-life care
Pregnancy, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
Recent head trauma or concussion
Recent broken bones, surgery, or acute injury
Significant varicose veins or circulatory concerns, as these areas may feel sensitive or uncomfortable
If you are unsure whether Biofield Tuning is suitable for you, please contact me before booking. You may also wish to speak with your healthcare provider.
Possible Responses After a Session
Most people find Biofield Tuning deeply relaxing and supportive. However, responses can vary from person to person. As with many complementary therapies, some people may experience temporary symptoms as the body integrates the session. These may include:
Mild to noticeable fatigue
Heightened emotions or emotional release
Headache or dizziness
Temporary increase in discomfort or pain
Excessive thirst
In rare cases, mucus, fever-like symptoms, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea
These responses are usually temporary and tend to settle within 1–3 days. Drinking water, resting, and allowing yourself time to integrate the session can be helpful.
If symptoms persist or you feel concerned, please contact me for guidance. If you have any urgent or serious health concerns, please seek medical advice.
