I have had 10 sessions with Kate, I went on the recommendation from another person. I initially went to Kate as I had hip pain for some time that wasn't resolving despite numerous treatment sessions with various providers. I also had a lot of stress and anxiety. Since my sessions with Kate my hip pain has improved to the point that I can now do my normal activities, and my stress and anxiety levels have decreased. I am not getting as stressed as easily as I was when facing challenging situations. I really enjoyed my sessions with Kate, Kate is so easy to talk to and I would highly recommend Kate and will go back for further treatments as needed.
